I have moved from Essex to Gloucestershire and it was always an intention of mine to have a stall at a craft fair once l'd moved. I have been researching craft fairs near me and have finally settled on Corn Hall in Cirencester. I went there last Saturday to see what sort of products they sold, whether my products would fit in and l'm pleased to say that l think they would.
I have been busy sorting out what things l'll need for my stall to help me display my products. The greeting cards were the easiest, as there are plenty of display stands out there. I have managed to source a counter display with hooks for the aprons and l already have a crate which l think would suit displaying the tea towels. My problem was how to display the cushions. I have bought an acrylic stand, which hopefully l'll be able to rest a cushion against, although l've also got another 31 different covers that l've got to put somewhere! For now, l'm not going to bring my lampshades, they're just too bulky. In the future l may bring a couple for illustration purposes and take orders for made to order. I'll have to gauge the interest at my first fair.
So, if you're free on Saturday 29th June, come along to Corn Hall, 26 Market Pl, Cirencester GL7 2NP, it's open from 10am to 4.30pm and admission is free.
